Have questions? Read below to find answers to some of our most commonly asked questions.

What is our payment process?

All services must be paid in full before the design process can begin. For custom invoices/packages, please adhere to the payment schedule presented to ensure the timeline remains consistent. The total balance must be paid before final delivery.

What are my payment options?

We offer two payment options, credit/debit cards and invoice via Stripe. We do not accept payments via cash, Cash App, Zelle, etc.

Can I receive a refund?

Unfortunately no. All services are non-refundable.

What is our communication method?

All communication will take place via email to ensure a paper trail. Please be advised we do not provide daily contact during the design process. Should you have any questions or concerns, feel free to email us at amani@nuelabeldesigns.com.

What are your business hours?

Nue Label Creative Design Agency operates Monday-Friday. We do not work on weekends or major holidays.

If I break communication or “go ghost”, am I allowed to pick up where I left off without penalty?

Unfortunately no. The client is expected to submit all required project information promptly. If a client fails to do so within 7 days of your initial payment, the project will be refunded. If a client does not reply to drafts after 14 days, the project is subject to a restart fee of $40 to resume.

What is considered a revision/revision round?

Revisions include changes of color, placement, sizing, or fonts. They are not completely new ideas/designs. A revision round is a phase following the initial draft. During this phase, you can present your requests for revisions and a new draft will be sent. This equals one round.

If I don’t have any inspiration or ideas, am I still able to book?

No. We recommend waiting until you have all copywriting, professional photos, and inspiration before booking to limit the number of revisions. We will add our own creativity and ideas to the project but we expect some design direction from the client.
