PLEASE READ ALL POLICIES CAREFULLY. BY BOOKING A SERVICE WITH NUE LABEL CREATIVE DESIGN AGENCY, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS LISTED BELOW.
PAYMENTS
All payments are submitted through the website or invoice only. Projects must be paid in full (100%) to begin. At completion of the service, the final files are transferred.
REFUNDS AND TERMINATIONS
Due to the personalized nature of services offered, all payments are non-refundable. This policy extends to instances of buyer's remorse. While we hope to avoid such situations, we believe in fostering positive and respectful relationships with our clients.
If at any point, we decide a client is not a good fit due to disrespect, harassment, or negligence, we reserve the right to terminate services. In such cases, any payments made after work has begun will be partially refunded. If the work has not yet started, full payment will be returned to the client by their original form of payment.
COMMUNICATION
All communication must be done via email (with the exception of consultation calls). Please be advised we do not provide daily contact during the creation period of your design. Do not panic, this does not mean your order is overlooked or is not making progress! Should you have any questions or concerns, feel free to email us at amani@nuelabeldesigns.com. Please allow 24-48 hours for our reply.
GHOST CLAUSE
The client is expected to submit all required forms and project information promptly. Delays at this step will result in changes to the turnaround times and overall completion date. We understand that life happens, so if you need more time to submit info or review proofs, please let us know!
After 30 days of no communication, your project will be paused and subject to a $50 restart fee. After 60 days of no communication, your project will be closed and all payment is refunded.
