Due to the personalized and labor-intensive nature of services offered, all payments are non-refundable. This policy extends to instances of buyer's remorse and promotional pricing.  While we hope to avoid such situations, we believe in fostering positive and respectful relationships with our clients. If at any point, we decide a client is not a good fit due to disrespect, harassment, or negligence, we reserve the right to terminate services. In such cases, any payments made after work has begun will be forfeited. If the work has not yet started, payment will be returned to the client by their original form of payment.
